My brother and I had Villanova’s end-of-semester dinner together today! I didn’t have too much time, so I had to rush and enjoyed my dinner within 15 minutes. I feel like the food is a little better this time than last few semesters. I had filet mignon, herbed chicken, shrimp, lobster orzo, mashed potatoes, and some veggies. The steak was somewhat medium; the shrimp was perfectly grilled; the orzo was of good quality if you were lucky enough to get a big chunk of lobster on your plate. They also had a huge variety of desserts, too. The best part was the ice cream – I picked my usual favorite: Haggen Dass’s Dulce De Leche! It was my brother’s first end-of-semester dinner ever and I don’t think he was very impressed, but that was okay – he has quite a high standard haha.

Since we’re on the Villanova Dining topic, I will attach this article reporting a nicely packed salad box sprinkled with grasshopper here. This is not really for memory because this happens once in a blue moon. I saw firsthand how careful their ingredient preparation process is.
