[2023/03/25] banh NYC, being sleepy

The only two times that I went out on NY street today were to eat, one time for lunch in Banh NYC and another time for dinner in Dimsum Palace.

Banh NYC was absolutely delicious! I was super impressed by every single thing there. My absolute favorite and the most impressive food were Banh Tieu. It was like a fusion of Vietnamese donuts with Burger. Every bite has its own taste and it was just delicious overall! TL’s friend, L, worked here during the time that we ate, so she treated us well and we were happy with our visit! By the end of the meal, all of us were so full that we could barely breathe or walk!

For the rest of the day, we were hanging out at TL’s place because I was not feeling very well, and it was rainy and windy outside. I tried to watch “The Pursuit of Happiness” and did my homework, but instead, I just fell asleep on the couch. Meanwhile, TL and my brother were talking about everything in the world and KF went out to explore NY.

For dinner, we went to Dimsum Palace. Their custard buns were really to die for – so good. Eating this food made me feel 10x more energized!
