Recently, I have been doing some Google Reviews on restaurants or food stands that I went to. I read several posts on what I could get out of this job. Turn out, not much. A few people said that they received socks and one person reported going to Google Maps Local Guide Conference. In order to be invited to the conference, you must host at least 1 meetup. I don’t see myself hosting a meetup. However, I have decided that I’m going to submit reviews anyway because it’s a great way to keep memories and give back to the community around me. People need to know about places with good and bad food, right?
Second, yesterday’s Google Doodle was very cool. It celebrates bubble tea with a little game featuring Taiwan’s indigenous Formosan Mountain Dog. Check it out here!
